Shipping rates are calculated automatically when you fill up your shipping destination in the check out form. Shipping arrangements are made directly from our factory in Malaysia to you. The rates are based on our shipper's rates (DHL) from Malaysia to the various destination zones. The approximate shipping times are also indicated with the rates. For example, shipping to the USA by DHL is approximately 2 to 3 working days.

If you want to place an order for large quantities, please write to us and we will work out a favourable discount and shipping structure. 

Product warranty for RadiantLife HRx is one (1) year from the date of purchase. (Limited One-Year Warranty)

If you are not satisfied with the RadiantLife HRx laser comb, return it within 12 weeks and we will refund you the purchase price (excluding shipping charges), less 20% restocking fee. Please see Return Rules for details.
