- Our return policy applies to goods that do not perform to your satisfaction. This policy does not cover:
- Misuse, abuse or alteration to the product
- Damage caused by accident or neglect
- Servicing or repairs made by unauthorized persons
- Items must be returned within 12 weeks of delivery
- Shipping and handling cost and other additional charges are non-refundable
- The product must be returned in the original box with all items intact
- You may return the goods only after you have obtained a Return Authorization Number (RAN) note from us. This note must accompany the return goods
- The refund amount will be the purchase price less 20% for restocking fee, and does not include shipping charges
- Items that are damaged on delivery or do not work on arrival, or fail to function within one year of the date of purchase, are covered under the Limited One-Year Warranty, and will be replaced at no additional cost
